The event commenced with inspirational speeches from prominent figures in the water sector. Hon Amidu Issahaku Chinnia, the Deputy Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources, and Ing. Dr. Worlanyo K. Siabi (MV, FGhIE), CEO of the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA), lauded LORENTZ and Pumptech for their contributions. They specifically praised the smartTAP technology and innovative products, such as the smartTAP solution, which have led to a remarkable 50% revenue recovery and the dispensation of nearly a billion liters of water to countless communities in Ghana.

Product Innovation:

During the event, LORENTZ unveiled its latest product, the S1-200 self-install solar water pump. This innovative pump, a revised version of the PS2-100, boasts lower energy consumption, reduced costs, and carbon savings. It offers users independence from the grid and fluctuating market prices. Attendees had the opportunity to witness the pump’s setup process through a demonstrative exercise, confirming its effectiveness for irrigation purposes.
