The Pumptech Service Team, led by Engr. Baba Musah, successfully repaired a centrifugal vertical pump for the 3-District Water Supply Scheme under the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA). This pump, installed alongside four others by Pumptech in 2021, plays a critical role in supplying water from the Aveyime Headworks to the Dawa Booster Station and other adjoining communities.
When we received an urgent call about a pump failure, our team of electromechanical engineers was immediately dispatched to assess the issue. The diagnosis revealed that the chamber stack and mechanical seal were damaged.
With our unparalleled stockpile of parts and repair kits coupled with technical expertise, we swiftly restored the System to full operation. Our timely intervention prevented service disruptions, ensuring a continuous and reliable water supply for CWSA’s valued clients.
